Review and assign missing cohorts for 2023–2025 graduates
What this tool does
Shows all Reentry H.E.A.R.T. (ReConnect) graduates from 2023–2025 that are missing a cohort year or a completion date. Approving them will assign cohort "Missing / 2025" (if missing) and fill in the completion date (using enrollment date as fallback). This ensures they are counted in the 2023–2025 Multi-Year Report.
