Men Elevating Men Inc. is a nonprofit youth mentoring organization committed to providing consistent, positive male role models to any male youth who are in need of a supportive adult role model. We also specifically target male youth who face behavioral challenges in the school environment, youth who have involvement in the juvenile justice system, and teens in foster care. Our mission is to equip youth with the tools, support, and guidance needed to build productive and successful futures. Our target population is youth ages 13 to 17. Our program requires mentors to meet with their mentee twice a month, once virtual and once in person from Sept. thru May. We ask our mentors to focus on these critical areas of youth development; Decision-making, Communication, Goal-Setting and Healthy Relationships Program Core Pillars - We will conduct workshops and field trips for exposure to these areas; Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Technology Careers and Financial Literacy
We offer treatment for traumatic, congenital and learned behavioral disorders as well as substance abuse treatment and developmental disability care for children and adults.
